Supervisor / Project Manager

In the role as Supervisor / Project Manager at Alotta, you will have a key function in project implementation - from planning and coordination to completion and handover. You will be Alotta's representative on-site at facilities and have responsibility for ensuring our solutions are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with expectations.

The position reports to the Project Portfolio Manager.

Work Tasks:

  • Planning, coordination and implementation of installation projects
  • Be present on-site and have responsibility for daily progress and quality
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including installers and suppliers
  • Ensure HSE routines and quality standards are followed
  • Communication with customers and partners on construction sites
  • Report progress, deviations and improvement suggestions to the project team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and standards
  • Participate in projects both in Norway and internationally

Desired Qualifications:

  • Higher education in mechanical, electrical, automation, engineering or other relevant technical field -- preferably at bachelor or master level
  • Experience from project management, installation or construction management
  • Practical and structured, with ability to lead work on-site
  • Good system understanding and technical insight
  • Experience with HSE and quality assurance
  • Good written and oral skills in Norwegian and English
