Supervisor / Project Manager
We are looking for someone who thrive in the field, are structured and action-oriented, and who have a strong commitment to renewable energy. In the role as Supervisor / Project Manager at Alotta, you will have a key function in project implementation - from planning and coordination to completion and handover. You will be Alotta's representative on-site at facilities and have responsibility for ensuring our solutions are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with expectations.
The position reports to the Project Portfolio Manager.
Work Tasks:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of installation projects
- Be present on-site and have responsibility for daily progress and quality
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including installers and suppliers
- Ensure HSE routines and quality standards are followed
- Communication with customers and partners on construction sites
- Report progress, deviations and improvement suggestions to the project team
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and standards
- Participate in projects both in Norway and internationally
Desired Qualifications:
- Higher education in mechanical, electrical, automation, engineering or other relevant technical field -- preferably at bachelor or master level
- Experience from project management, installation or construction management
- Practical and structured, with ability to lead work on-site
- Good system understanding and technical insight
- Experience with HSE and quality assurance
- Good written and oral skills in Norwegian and English
